Read in the Huntington, West Virgina Herald-Dispatch that drinking six (6 cups) of coffee a day can reduce the risk of Alzheimers by 20 percent or more.
As you probably already know, I'm a avid coffee drinker. And yes, I did have 6 cups exactly today. That is about average for me.
The article also included several recreation and leisure activities:
a.) regular exercise can decrease dementia
b.) ping-pong and fast movements increase balance and brain function
c.) playing a musical instrument helps your brain - even if you're bad at it.
d.) eat chocolate - could help you feel happier (really? - how much money went into that study? - laugh aloud).
