I love books and art. I admire people who take the time to create books and art, too.
today, I want to tell you about my friend, Dan Edwards.
He is creating a picture book that might not be for kids.
If you like Harry Potter, the Wizard of Oz, anything magical, fun, carnival like, and Goth, or anything cool --- then I think you'd love this book. I can't wait for it to come out!
This creepy, fun and gothic tale is inspired by the art and symbolism of Tarot Cards, the Wizard of Oz, mythology, and by artists like Tim Burton, Mary Blair, Edward Gorey, Jhonen Vasquez, Sanjay Patel, and of course, by Calvin and Hobbes.
Watch the quick video at this link and decide if you'd like to pledge to get a copy of it.
