What are you glad about today?

Taking time for real gratitude is a key to happiness.

Today’s journal question is: What are you grateful for?

Here is my list for today:

My mother, father, brother, sister, sister-in-law, Gage, my sister’s dog Izzy, my sister’s bf Matthew. I’m glad for my health. I’ve got good vision, good hearing, ability to walk, type, use my hands. I’m glad I have feet and hair on my head. I’m fortunate to be a good-looking male. There are several material things I’m glad about too: I have a computer, kindle, books, a bed, pillow, blankets, plants in my apartment, a television, and a few dvds. I’m so glad I live in America where I’m free. I’m glad I have a job helping children. I’m glad for my friends and co-workers and good food. I’m glad to live in West Virginia. It’s relatively safe state with low crime and very few natural disasters, except snow, which I appreciate the beauty of.

Take time to write a few things that you’re glad about today.
