I attracted another free cup of coffee into my life.
The breakthrough, underground, DVD, “The Secret,” is based on the “Law of Attraction.” Basically, this law says what you think about your bring about, or “like attracts like.” So, if I think about coffee then naturally, I’ll bring a coffee into my life.
If a person thinks of “The Golden Gate Bridge” before it was every built or designed, then, he’d go on to design it and build it and bring it to life. He’ll attract it into the world.
Thoughts are powerful. Be careful about your thoughts. If you’re thinking in not-so-positive ways then you could easily be attracting not-so-nice things into your life.
Teachers in “The Secret” DVD suggest to try to attract something easy first, like “a cup of coffee.”
I only go to Starbucks about twice a month, at the most. I love the taste of their coffees and teas and I really enjoy the atmosphere there, too. The prices keep me from going as often as I want.
Last month, I stopped by Starbucks, I posted that I had attracted two free cups of coffee.
This month, I returned. The barista asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said, “no.” She laughed and said, “you’re going to get one anyway. You were selected to take a survey to get a free cup of coffee.” I told her “thanks” and that I’d be taking that survey.
So, I’ve attracted another cup of coffee into my life.
Now, I’m going to aim for something a little larger.
I’m a caring person and I want to take care of a child in need for this upcoming holiday season. Naturally, having a little extra money could help make that possible. I’m certain that the child has already used the law of attraction, by creating a wish list. Her (or his) wishes are listed on a little paper-cut-out ornament on a tree at the mall. She’s already started the creative process. I’m here to help. I’m going to go out and get these gifts for her (or him). I’ll randomly select an ornament with a name on it. Naturally, I’ll be attracted to the right ones. I’d like to attract an extra $200 by the end of this week just for this project. I’ll spend all $200 on the child selected. Now, I’m going to sit back and allow the $200 to come my way. I’m not certain how it will show-up or even why. I just don’t know, but I do know that it will show up one way or another. Maybe I’ll get a bonus at work (laugh aloud), or maybe I’ll find a way to earn a quick $200, or maybe I’ll get a random $200 gift in the mail. I have no clue, but I do know that it is on its way because the law of attraction is always at work.
I’m so happy and grateful now that I’m using this $200 to make the life of a child brighter this holiday season.
