Three "Happy Books"

I’d like to recommend my own list of “happy books” here that was not on the list above.

These are three of my favorites:

Happy for No Reason by Marci Shimoff - Based on cutting-edge research and knowledge from the world's leading experts in the fields of positive psychology and neurophysiology, plus interviews with 100 truly happy people, this life-changing book provides a powerful, proven 7-step program that will enable you to be happier right now -- no matter where you start.

Learned Optimism: by Marin Seligman - Known as the father of the new science of positive psychology, Martin E.P. Seligman draws on more than twenty years of clinical research to demonstrate how optimism enchances the quality of life

The Miracle of Water by Masaru Emoto. I question the research from this book. I am not certain if tests could produce reliable, valid, consist outcomes. Masaru Emoto has photographed thousands of water crystals throughout his years of research, yet few have been as beautiful and life affirming as those formed from the words "love and gratitude." In The Miracle of Water, Dr. Emoto demonstrates how water's unique role in transporting the natural vibration of these words can help you welcome change and live a more positive and happy life
