World Peace and Doomsday Valt.

As you probably already know, I'm an idealist and a humanitarian.

Some people think I’m naive to believe in the words of Anne Frank,

“Despite everything, I believe people are really good at heart” and “how wonderful it is that nobody needs to wait a single second before starting to improve the world.”

Use these two quotes for my own life mission statement.

Read online about some people doing something to improve the world. Norway has created a doomsday vault. It is a collection of seeds in case doomsday occurs.

Hope we’ll never have to use it, but like life insurance, it feels good to know it is there just in case.

Hope that we the citizens of Earth don't destroy own own plant. Watched the movie Avatar. It was based in the future when all the resources on Earth had been depleted. It doesn't show Earth much in this sci-fi movie, but belive Earth is no longer green. That would be a sad day.

Glad to report that while working with my co-worker the dietician, I helped the children at our residential treatment facility to plant beans. She is teaching the children about healthy living. I'm going to use this project as horticulture therapy as a metaphor to help the children to compare their own personal growth to the their plants.

Be sure to plant something this spring. Make it a food crop so it will produce one day!
